Looking for my next target

Hi I’d like to know which companies comfortably pay 350-400 for 4-5 YOE. Please to add more in the comments. I do understand that getting into these companies might be next to impossible, but I’d like them to be my target companies(dream big). Here is my list: JS HRT CS OpenAI Maybe Meta? TC: 250 Also what would be the minimum % hike you look for to jump ship? Thanks.
