Looking for referral

Was real surprised to get hit with Focus (performance improvement plan) after my work getting passed around by my mgr to be used as an example of high bar for other PMs on my team. Never caused delay to a major milestone no matter how messy the customer request is. The only one on the team actively training peers and juniors and actually trying to set them up for success when a handover happens. Peer feedback was strong but still got hit for some really trivial reason. On a second thought, guess it couldn’t have been anyone else. Went through 2 reorgs for my first year at Amazon and I’ve only worked with my current mgr for ~1 month before OLR due to the holidays and their LOA, while others on the team have worked with them for years. As a result of these reorgs, my workload tripled compared to when I first joined - as a reference, I’m actively managing around 100 stakeholders. Bandwidth discussions are ofc never fruitful and always ends up in “suck it up and figure it out”. I’m burnt out. I had a non-tech engineering background (~5 years yoe), then did an Analytics focused MBA at a top2 uni in the US before joining Amazon.
