Looking for referral to any company in US/Canada (UX or Software development)

Hi all, I am looking for a referral to any company for a junior UX Researcher, UI/UX role (or any role that invovlves user and market research). I graduated from a Master's in HCI in 2022 and have around 2-3 years of design experience. If the above position is not available, I am open to a software developer role. I have 4-5 years of experience in full-stack development. My main experience is with C#, .Net, Python and Java. I am based in Canada but eligible for TN Visa.
