Coming from Discover, much more growth opportunity. Better tech, less red tape, opportunity to work on high value work, etc. They do hire H1B based the the Blind reports I've seen last few months.

Bad wlb. Everyone is leaving. Tech second class citizens. Low pay. Politics. If you are able to crack GS keep interviewing and go for better firm. Banking has alot of work but pay is not comparable
