Okay. Have you ever tried keto? My friend was 220 when he started 2 months ago and he is now down to 195ish. It all boils down to cutting the carbs n staying in a deficit
just avoid sugar and follow calorie deficit diet

Intermittent fasting
Count and watch your calories (figure out what your BMR is and find a reasonable max limit of calories each day you can consume). Low carb, low calories, high protein. Been doing this for the past 3 months and lost 20 pounds and 6% body fat. I also workout most days of the week except for 1-2 rest days. (Mostly HIIT).
TC or GTFO
Get blood tests done. You may have a vitamin/hormone deficiency which can make it difficult/impossible to lose weight without corrective meds.
