Lost access to Oracle authenticator app. What to do now?

Recently, I had to restore my phone to factory setting and now I have lost access to the Oracle Authenticator app. I'm on free tier plan. I have messaged c2csupport_ww@oracle.com many times and no one is replying. What to do now? #oracle
