Lyft Offer for L5
Got an offer from lyft for L5. No numbers yet but wondering how much can I expect for L5 offer @ Lyft.
Someone I knew got 800k at L5, this was a year ago though. Curious, how long are you in this company before you decided to look around? Or you just do this every year?
800k? Is that equity? How about base? Do they have bonus and refresh?

We are preparing to go IPO.
I got 190k base, 20k sign-on bonus bonus, 710k stocks (47.35$ per share). Recruiter asked about competitive offers a lot, but I didn't have any other offers at the moment. Also Ty his is for very strong interview performance. It was in March

Original was 50k stocks lower, 10k base lower +no bonus
