MBA and Guidance on applications
**This is not a post for whether I should be getting an MBA or not. It's about how to go about it** I'm looking to apply to the top 10 universities for an MBA and am looking for some guidance on how to prep for my applications and for possible scholarships. Planning to apply for fall 2021 batch Current credentials Work Ex - 2 years at Amazon in US (currently SDE 2) and some research work during my Masters Education - Masters in CS from a top 20 in US Nationality - Indian ( mentioned for asking about scholarships that I am eligible for ) Visa - F1 OPT GMAT - 730 Leadership Roles - Part of volunteering committee/org leaderships in the community & work and the unofficial "tech lead" for the team Reaching out in the community for someone who has gone through the process and can help me with the application for the universities and for scholarships.
What types of questions do you have regarding the applications?
Apply early, get phone calls with alums students to mention them in your essays, aim high, but have 'safe' schools. Be clear on your goals, so you can optimize accordingly. Retake the GMAT, 730 is not bad, but it's meh for top schools especially with your profile.
