Is it worth it to get your MBA as a PM if you are interested in pursuing a career further in the product world? Any other masters degrees that are more with the cost in time and money?
No.
Nope.
No need for an MBA for Product career - however there are some really good product specific schools/courses out there. http://www.reforge.com/ is one of the best
No
If you're already a PM then no. MBA is worth if you work in another industry and want to change careers.
It can be a way to short circuit leveling - e.g. work for 2 years, go get an MBA for 2 years, become an L6 PM at Amazon.

Women, help me understand why this is inspirational
No, I don’t have one, but this article persuaded me not to. Answers your questions and author it appears has an MBA from Duke. https://www.forbes.com/sites/forbestechcouncil/2018/05/29/do-i-need-an-mba-to-be-a-product-manager-in-tech/
Very interesting! Thank you for sharing. That article confirms a lot of my feelings toward this problem.
One sided view by the guy who pays Forbes money to Publish his own articles. The answer as always is - it depends Absolutely yes if you have no CS background or if English is a second language for you as a PM
