About to receive an offer for a middle office position in ICG at Citi and trying to figure out what the comp range is. The position is for managing capital/liquidity for the front office. What is the base usually for those positions? I’ve been told bonus is more than BO but obviously less than FO.
@op what is your YOE?
6 YOE total. 3 years in top tech (FAANG) and 3 years as a VP @ Citi
Thank you for your response!

Hey, this information has been shared on blind a couple times. I believe this is for GCB, but bands are probably similar
What does the zone represent?
Location - zone 1 is high CoL like NYC and San fran. Zone 4 is likely the lower CoL like Salt lake City and the likes. Not sure of the specifics

I was interviewing for VP level roles in Finance in the fall - base was $120k to $130k with no bonus target.
That seems unreasonably low... my current comp is at $130k + 13% bonus at a lower cost state.
