People at Microsoft, I feel like I have idolized the company and it’s my mission the last two years to try to get a job there. Is it as amazing as I think? Seems like great pay great benefits and decent job security. I’m a data scientist. TC: 165K
There are many other companies that are similar or better. Don’t restrict yourself to a name.
Depends on the team. TC is above market but below fang. WLB and culture is kinda bad rn but a lot of growth with AI stuff
no more decent job security, good benefits and wlb is currently bad across all teams. your manager and team will have a big impact on your experience in MS. Go for it
Depends on alot of things, culture is mostly different team to team and TC is above market but not close to FANG, still a good company but there are many like MS, keep trying but don’t consider it the only one
