Your stock is really low, most people L59-62 get at least 100K stock
I spoke to my manager on this. He's still not going beyond 50k. How about level ? For 10+ YOE , is L62 lowball?
well for context, when I got hired as L59 new grad I got 120K stock. As well most of my friends that got hired at L59 got 100K or 120K stock
You should've been 63, I joined at 63 with 8YoE, I also see that the rise in base is just 10%
It's a great L62 offer! The prob is you should be L63 and from that perspective it's a lowball. Walk away from it if you have another offer.
L63 looks long shot for negotiation. Recuriter told me that this Rec is primarily for L62. I'll be reaching out to HM for further negotiation on level. How about RSUs? Some ppl suggested as high as $100k. How much should I negotiate? Any idea on Bangalore Teams group?
Negotiate stocks to at least 75k. Teams is good.
