Discussing an offer for a senior sde at msft azure in redmond with a recruiter, passed the interview😀. How does it sound (initial recruiter's numbers) ? Base 170 Sign on 25 first year and 25 second year RSU 160 over 4 years (40 a year) Bonus 0-30% What's the role expectations to achieve a bonus over 20%? Working weekends ? How is the wlb,do you guys have many oncalls like amzn? Thanks everybody!
Based on the offer I guess it's 64,but recruiter does not tell me the level

L64 corresponds to what at amazon? Sde 3? Isnt the offer a little low? Im sde 2 and my tc is around the same as ur msft offer. I have 7 yoe
What level 63 or 64? At 63 you can coast and get 18-20% bonus. At 64, you have to move a mountain.
