TC ~200k #microsoft #ipo #startup
Wow overwhelmingly pre ipo. I though blind was risk averse
I think it's because the msft equity isn't very significant
You shouldn’t have to squeeze the strike price. That should be transparent
True they couldnt give me a confident answer. They ballparked 8 dollars
Well that's a huge difference from the $31 you listed
Obviously biased, but startup would be my pick. 😎 Depends what you value, what you're looking for in your career, people, culture, etc.
The startup is ranked VERY highly on glassdoor (assuming they didnt pay for it lol). Like top 10 for 2021. Standups twice a week. Im confident its going to be good
Oh damn i didnt see your tag lmao
Isn’t startup basically sad stories these days?
Yeah if the valuation is too high at IPO then initial investors will dump their stocks before the plebeians get the chance to offload our shares.
Wow what level at MSFT? And location? I am thinking about applying to MSFT either in Austin or Atlanta!
62. Office in redmond and im in the bay area
Congrats! L62 200TC, hmm it can go higher I think Btw how were the interviews for Msft?
Msft is more like a retirement home. Get all the adventures, learning and growth at startups and when you want to settle down with kids and a stable low risk low rewards job, you can always come to MSFT
