I’m hearing many got stock rewards and then additional special stock on top of that. Anyone has details on that? Engineering only? All levels? Amounts? I’m glad to see company is doing something, after many like myself voted with our feet. :).
Timer is wrong with almost every detail :)
Follow some other good threads, you will find the answers.
Trolls. It's a special stock grants that went out to a lot of diversity hires and few high potential employees. Not everyone got it.
Almost completely bullshit. Accurate part: not everyone got it. Inaccurate with corrections: there was no diversity component, "high potential" wasn't a factor, and in general these were very prevalent if you were in the right places. High-level allocations appear to have been done per business group with highly competitive (probably lots of people leaving for other companies over the last year) groups getting bigger chunks. The focus appears to have been specifically on Puget Sound and SVC engineering. The individual allotments then had some variation, but tended to be awarded to everyone qualifying who at least met target in the SE2 to entry Principal (61-65) range. There was a little range adjustment done based on performance. The "diverse" employees reporting through me actually got less on average as a consequence, as our top performers happened to not be diverse this year. We all seem to love FUD, but that doesn't stop it from being FUD.
Whole team got it as far as I know, not diverse . Diversity reward is a lie, it was based on certain business groups, location, performance, and level

'Hindutva': The Radical Hindu Ideology That Seeks to 'Push Christianity Out of India’
Is it vested quarterly over 5 years as other awards or yearly over 5 years?
I believe quarterly. My post is based off other Blind posts. I haven't had rewards discussion yet
