Hello 1. What is the TC for an entry level (with PhD) ML scientist in Finance or Fintech? 2. How does it compare with tech for similar roles (applied ML research roles)? 3. Which company or companies have the best teams in this area ? #finance #fintech #machinelearning #datascience #goldmansachs #morganstanley #hudsonriver #janestreet #deshaw #jpmorgan #twosigma
Thank you for your comment. Can you also share your opinion in terms of the questions above ?

Why I Find Free Palestine Inspiring
ML in finance is ML in fintech in disguise. This questions would make much more sense if you spoke on a company vs those two options. Because companies like carta in fintech for example make 0 different to research teams in places like cap one banks Shopify tool. You’re doing something that’s sailing to the same destination. I hate myself for knowing the answer to this. That life was not easy
? Shopify’s is fintech just because it’s owned by a bank doesn’t make it finance ml. I think OP was talking about Ml being used in finances like how Jane street gets down with quant vs how Shopify gets down with payment security etc. Two extremely different things. Maybe the life wasn’t easy cuz yah didn’t get it 😂 jk jk
