My manager doesn’t do basic research about other partners/ influencers/ organizations we do calls with. Worst part is, the manager sometimes throw me under the bus when stuck... I think it also limits us from taking the project a step further because we start each project at such an elementary level. How can I politely tell them to do some Googling? I don’t even understand how this is even an issue.
