Is it okie to contact such managers? They are not recruiters but the managers. They are openly saying it on their linked in profiles to contact them if someone is interests. Has this worked for anyone here ??
That works better and faster than recruiter if your resume is suitable for their team

I got matched to my current team by doing that. It does work if you are of interest to them.
It worked for me. If they are interested they will go with next steps. No harm in reaching out to them.
