What notice do you give when leaving job?
I left my last company 3 months ago and my coworkers there just got 20-50% salary increases for market adjustment. I knew I was underpaid when I worked there and when I told HR that, they said I was paid fairly and at market value. I knew it was BS but had my hands tied. I’m so pissed! Is there anything I can do retroactively? Please no trolls.
I’m sure their salary increase was only going forward. Nothing you can do but feel good you knew you were right.
True thanks
And feel good for your old coworkers
Move on
Can anybody else on that team do anything retroactively? Probably not. You've just got to move forward.
Get hired there again and negotiate a higher salary. Otherwise, not a damn thing. You made a choice. It didn't pan out in your favor. Suck it up and learn. Adulting is hard.
Lmao wtf jeez ,
Maybe you leaving was one of the reasons they decided to bump everyone's pay? They got some hard data that their employees will get paid more outside and they will leave. Anyways, you're in Facebook now. I'm sure you get paid pretty well.
Thanks yeah. About 60% increase in TC
Go back for that more money. But they’re also underpaying liars. So.
Which company?
I want my company to do that..
Your departure contributed to their raise mostly
