Two questions please : 1) Recruiter said that Mastercard does not offer shares for Director level roles and it is something you can work with your Manager after 1 year in the company (based on performance). Is this true? Is there a rough estimate of RSU offer after a year (as a % of base salary for Director position)? 2) Recruiter mentioned that Mastercard can only buy-out your unvested stocks for 2023 and nothing more. Given the conditional clause above, I want to push for at least a year's worth of lost stocks (from date of joining) - Is that possible?
