Mastercard PM salaries
Applied to a few Manager, PM roles at Mastercard today. I noticed no senior or lead PM roles, only Manager and Director. Can anyone share what typical salary range is for Manager and if they break up Manager into the other roles I mentioned? I’m currently a Senior PM and was hoping for base salary close to $200K in HCOL area

Very difficult to get base $200K. They usually hire below $150k base

The range for a senior at MC is 110-130 and 130-160 base for a lead/manager. You can add 10-15% for HCOL areas
I know someone who got bought out of paypal for a PM role there, managing other PMs, making north of 260k easily
Is that manager level? I think only directors and above have direct reports…?
I'm not sure about their title, I've been told there are further divisions to a level in terms of pay
