Do traders have to take a math test? What kind of math is on the test? Where and how do you study for this? Are most of these tests similar or is it completely different based on company?
Greeks are important but the math is straightforward. The probability and stats is where the meat is. Not difficult like diff. eq but just lots of details

If you’re doing options, basic calculus is needed to calculate the Greeks, otherwise, consistent topics are time value of money, statistics for quant trading (backtesting, simulations), and financial modeling if you’re doing fundamental investing
I haven’t seen a person manually calculating Greeks except quants when bored. You can expect traders to know Taylor expansion formula up to convexity term of course
