What is the maximum RSU that Workday will provide for a SWE P3 role in Atlanta? Current Offer Base 135K RSU 95K/4 Bonus 10% Sign On - 10K
I don’t have the SDE pay bands but GA is a zone 3 location which is 20% comp difference from SFBA. Looking at the SDE pay scale for a ga job posting it’s Primary Location Base Pay Range: $118,400 - $177,600 you’d be coming in at right around mid point which is good I personally got $200k stock package for p3 SDE in SFBA 95k seems extremely low to me I’d aim for 160k considering the 20% location diff Let us know how it goes
