McAfee Referral

I’ve been looking for a job for over 2 years. Over a 100 applications. Several great interviews but no offer. Extremely frustrated. I finally have something at McAfee that i know i will be perfect for, because that is what I currently do. Had a phone screening with Talent Acquisition and she liked me but she said it is pretty much upto the hiring manager whether he/she wants to interview me next. I have been through this scenario before and they usually never call back, because they always have someone else in mind. Please Please Please is there anyone out there who can help push my application ?
