McKinsey “Senior AP” comp

Hi - can anyone share information on the all-up annual comp (fixed + variable) for a “senior” associate partner at McKinsey? Ideally in Singapore or the US. How flexible are they compared to other companies with the comp ranges? Thanks in advance!
