Medical financial assistance for parents visiting Seattle,WA in visitor visa

I'm seeking information for my parents who frequently visit the United States and rely on tourist/visitor medical insurance. This type of insurance often excludes coverage for preexisting conditions. Many hospitals in the U.S. are non-profit and may offer financial aid to individuals below or slightly above the state-specific poverty threshold. I'm curious if this assistance extends to visiting parents in cases where their medical services aren't covered by insurance, particularly if their children don't assume financial responsibility. Specifically, my parents are planning a trip to Seattle, Washington. I'm wondering if they would qualify for Washington Apple Health or if hospitals like Overlake in Washington offer financial assistance programs for people with no income, even if they are not residents. My parents will be staying with me, but I won't be claiming them as dependents on my tax return. Also, is there a chance that accepting such financial aid could impact their ability to re-enter the U.S. in the future? Any shared experiences or knowledge on this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it could help many people in similar situations. #medical #medicaid #medicare #financial #parents #visitor

Seriously how it works.? Hospitals can't deny services even if you have 0 cents. Medical expenses are not public charge during GC process I think. Commenting here as I am also eager to know

My parents were considering to apply. But they are not sure about it. That’s we were wondering is there anyone did that before.

I did talk to a few people. If parents can show if they earn 19.5k plus then Obama care premium is 0 once they are in immigration status
