Is it a fashion statement? Are they gay or bi? Do straight men do it? Do girls like it??? Honest question. I see some of them changing the color of their nails and I don’t get what it represents. I know it’s a Reddit question but I don’t want to be retaliated against since my account could be traced on Reddit.
It means they want their nails painted. No hidden meaning. Just being themselves.
That’s not why I am asking. Men didn’t paint nails before. Is it a fashion statement or is it a sexual statement?
Why does it have to be a statement?
Go with your instinct
Goth or emo
Men loosing masculinity and becoming more femine. AT, JP and JR are right. Testosterone levels amongst men is all time low.
I think it's more attractive that a man is so confident in his own skin that he doesn't need to be traditionally masculine to please strangers.
I thought for man to be in his own skin is masculinity.
Doesn't matter what you prefer. That's not the question here.
Woman replied to question about whether females like it; response got 3x as many upvotes: “Doesn't matter what you prefer. That's not the question here.” At least, provide an alternate opinion rather than dismissing a woman’s opinion about being a woman because she’s not a man. (?)
Men with a necklace and bracelet is popular af now in NYC
Answering the question about if girls like it. Can't speak for everyone but I like it on men if it suits their overall vibe and I like the vibe they give off I guess. Not on someone gross like Marilyn Manson.
I’m a woman and love when guys wear nail polish
And you wonder why men mgtow often
No, we don't wonder about that at all. Men and women are going their own way. It's not just men and its not just because some women think painted nails are flattering to some personalities.
Op you should spend less time wondering what someone chooses for their own self image, and more about the content of their character. It doesn’t mean anything.
So if the guy puts a lipstick on his mouth I should even bother to ask blind if it’s in fashion? You should reconsider your post. I am not blaming or criticising these people. Like you said, everyone should be judged based on the content of the character. But it’s perfectly fine and ok and normal to ask why something became more common.
Asking the question shows you have bias. It shouldn’t be an issue, yet, here we are.
I don't understand your fear about your account? Your reddit account can expose your identity? Then why not create a throw away account? Or do you mean something else.
I guess I can do it on desktop but my team knows my device id so it’s too much hassle to do it.
What would stop you from making a throwaway account on an incognito tab? Genuinely curious about how reddit would trace that. Also wondering how that's not ethically sus.
