Merrill lynch 401k transfer delay

Hi All, Asking for your suggestions. I requested my 401k move to another account due to leave the company. There are different reasons of delay from the time I requested the move till now. It has been over 3 months now and I still don’t get the check sent to me. I am so frustrated. I already called them 4-5 times. Complain doesn’t work and nobody cares. All are their fault. Nothing to compensate my suffering. I was planning to buy stock, like tqqq. But it has grown a lot I don’t have the money to buy… Any suggestions can you give me is super appreciated.
