Is there a way to find out what the HcL / McL areas are? For example, if I’m remote in LA and move to Irvine - is that the same CoL or would I get a reduction in base salary? What if I move to the coast (DC) is that HCL? Tc: 600-700 (not liquid)

Did you do this, 🌻 girl? In the initial offer call, or later? I'm worried about how this will come off, as I haven't mentioned to recruiter I'm thinking of relocating. But I really don't know and haven't made a decision. I imagine they're understanding w/ COVID though?
It doesn’t matter how it come off. The recruiter is a salaried employee who tries to convert you. You walking away is worse option of them than entertaining your asks about location.
