How is the culture of Ads teams in Meta? In terms of quality of work, friendliness within teams, WLB, IC vs. TL heaviness, promotion fairness, terminal levels, hiring budget etc.? TC: 650k

To be honest, in this context I think ethnicity is important. It matters, because ethnicity is closely related to culture, and in particular work culture. In my experience Chinese employees care very less about WLB. So if most of Meta Ads is Chinese, it's a red flag for those looking for WLB.
Ads is literally all about metrics. If you can make the money printer go BRRRR you're doing great. Otherwise you're fucked

From what I have heard, ads is the org to avoid at Meta. I'm sure their budget would be good, but your ass would be on fire most of the times.
