Hi interviewed at Meta for a Business Integrity Technical Associate position below what I think my interview went Round 1 Crossfunctional Manager: Connected well with interviewer answered all questions and follow ups Round 2 Case study: Solved all Sql questions Round 3 Applied Data Case Study: Understood the case well and developed 5-6 metrics to answer questions. Also answered all follow up Round 4 Hiring manager: went well for first half but second half was not well I fumbled in justifying numbers on my resume ( resulted in xyz revenue) due to nervousness I couldnt provide concise answers to follow ups. I fear that he might see this as fake experience on resume Can this be a red flag? What are my chances for an offer?
If you know anything about how interviews work at these companies, then you know nothing is guaranteed no matter how well you did. You might've done great on the interview and someone else might've done slightly better, and for that reason you won't get an offer. Maybe you did great but you sent out a signal that you don't communicate well and someone else did about the same as you and didn't send a weak signal on communication. Guess who gets the offer. Just sit back and wait for the result. Interviewing is not just about getting the right answer on the algo.
So true
So much luck involved beyond a good performance
Did you get an offer?

I am starting to think Chinese interviewers currently fail non-Chinese candidates on purpose.
