Tech companies to avoid as a white guy?
I am having my first round technical interview with Meta in a few weeks. Is it better to solve their problems in Python or SQL? Are their interview questions different depending on the language you pick? (Context I can decide if I want to interview in Python or SQL) What are good places to find practice questions?
For sql I would say Mode.sql and LC
I’m surprised no one mentioned bigtechinterviews.com. Definitely the place to practice meta SQL questions they’ve got like 30+
SQL. They say you can do any language to be polite, but everyone wants you to use SQL. My interviewers and recruiters all have a sigh of relief when I assured them I’d answer in sql. Plus the types of questions they ask just fits a sql mindset than python imo
Is it possible to only use SQL throughout the full interview process? I’m much more confident in my SQL skills than my Python/R skills
Yep they prefer it as I said
