Received an E4 offer from Meta, Seattle. Need inputs if there is room for negotiation. Any suggestions for negotiations would be helpful since this is my first switch. I have another offer from TikTok 320 TC. YOE: 4

Meta can match TikTok offer if you want to be greedy and squeeze 20k. I’d take it as is

That sign on used to go up to 100. Base looks about what it was maxed at 2 years ago. Equity is maxed out too. Definitely leverage that TikTok offer to try to get that sign on raised.

Just curious, how variable is bonus? Is that 26.5K more guaranteed than not, or a carrot dangled but 100% subjective to the manager
Looks like max other than sign on which you can go upto 75k.
