At meta, you will be put into bootcamp for infinite period. During the period you will work with many teams , no graduation ( it was said to be locked ). Talk to your meta friends and take decision

4 to 5 at Google can take 3-5 years. At meta it's usually 2ish years. I'd aim to get promoted to 5 at meta, then come to Google after that
