Hi folks, I passed the on-site and waiting for team matching (located in the Bay area). When I asked recruiter for compensation info, the standard number they gave is following. I have not done the team matching so this isn't official numbers but seems likely they may offer this. Base: 208k Bonus: 15% yearly (31,200) RSU: 575k / 4yr (so 143,750 / yr) Sign-on: None TC: about 382K Seems like the number is lower end of E5. I currently have 2~3 offers with TC much less than what Meta is offering. I might be able to get an offer from TikTok but not 100% sure and still waiting for results. Do you have any salary negotiation tips without competing offers? # #
leetcode facebook tagged recent 6 moths should put you in a good spot. They currently only ask 2 medium level questions in coding and no dynamic programming.
