Initial offer below. Recruiter said there's room for negotiation. How much should I negotiate? What is Seattle range for E5? Base: 200k Stock: 660k (4 year total) Sign on: 40k Annual bonus: 10% - 15% I am expecting other offers to come in in a couple of days.

I have completed onsite loop recently. Can I dm you?
Sure!
This is a pretty middle of the pack offer, but it's a goos one for your YoE. Can increase stocks if you have a very good counter offer.
What should I aim for in negotiation ? Recruiter wants me to give a number
750-800 refreshers would be a good number, base likely hard to move.
Man they really lowered the comp. I made that as e4 in 2018.
What should I aim for in negotiation ?
I don’t know to be honest. My pay peaked at $650k, and I got a new job for $450k (13yoe principal with most of the years in faang) this year. It seems comp has dropped a lot. I would have said $500k in 2021, but maybe $400k-$450k is more reasonable now.
Probably the best you can get with your yoe, no prior FANG experience and no competing offers at the moment.
I am confident I will have competing offers. Recruiter from other FAANG said feedback is positive, they only need a final approval
Then ask recruiter to wait until you have offers
Congrats! Based on other posts, levels.fyi, and my own experience, if you have good counter offers, you can ask for 220k base 800k stock (over 4 years) 100k sign on You could potentially do 225k base and 900k stock. Best of luck!
I haven't really seen 700k+ stocks in last couple of months
I've seen it in several blind posts and on levels FYI as well, plus my own offer
Try negotiating for 230k base 900k stocks
Not possible. Haven't seen any real offer with such high numbers
how many days until receiving feedback after onsite?
About a week
Bonus is 15% not 10%.
Is this for MLE ?
No just swe
You need a competing offer , base can be 20k higher , RSU you can target 700k sign on can be double. But without competing offer they'll just give you 5k bump
