Meta Follow Up Interviews After Onsite
After waiting few weeks after the onsite(2 coding+1 system design + 1 behavior), told by the recruiter that needs more one more follow up interviews for both coding and system design. Feel exhausted about the endless interview process. How do people prepare for system design interviews? Any good resources recommendations? e5 with 4yoe is very very unlikely now, no matter how well you do
Recruiter told me it has a chance to e5, otherwise I won’t even start interviewing

You'll never get E5 with 4yoe in this market
i have a friend got e5 offer in same situation as me recently
Are the coding follow up interviews harder than the first & second coding interviews? Do they grill you extra hard to make sure that you’re up to par if you technically failed an interview?
I scheduled the follow up on January so I think we will see at that time :)

Did you reach out to your recruiter afterwards or did they reach out to you?
It’s likely you failed in one of the 2 coding rounds enough that they couldn’t rely on 1 round for hire decision . It’s still a bwtter outcome than reject
I agree with that, I was a bit mess up with the time complexity of the tree, even tho I finished up the coding.
