Hi guys, I did my FB onsite early february and it all went great, except for 1 coding round where I messed up one question. Recruiter told me that feedback in general looked positive but the HC needed more coding signal to proceed, so I did a follow up coding round late february. I aced the follow up round, was able to solve both questions in 35m including all follow-ups. Recruiter messaged me 1 day after telling me that the feedback was positive as āmeets criteriaā, and I havenāt heard from him since. Tomorrow will be 1 week after the follow up and I havenāt heard back, am I doomed? Update: Got the offer! Moved to TM #meta #swe

Send a follow up email about 10 days in, and a week after that if no response.
Is such delay normal when waiting for follow up decision from HC?
IDK , but once with Goldman Sachs I had to wait 14 days or so to hear back from the recruiter with an offer. It can vary honestly.
