Meta Layoff: Next layoff info, helpful resources and referrals

I wanted to create a thread to help affected people (any company). People from other companies please comment if you want impacted people to reach out to you for referral. As I mentioned a couple of days ago (flagged by everyone lol) that Zuck's original plan is to layoff 15-20% employees in short term, today 13% (11k) have been impacted, my source who is not impacted said the next round of layoff at Meta is next Wednesday and could range from 2-5%. That is what currently is planned, but it might change due to public outcry, etc. For long term vision, they will reduce the overall headcount until late 2023 through various means like PIP, natural attrition, small scale layoffs, etc. Apart from that, Zuck will address Metamates at 11 AM PT today and will give more information. And before you guys start to flag this post, the reason I am telling this is because people should be ready for the worst situation. Please start polishing resumes/portfolios and start preparing for interviews if you remotely think that you might be next. For people who are impacted please comment for referral.
