Meta MLE Team Matching

Hi guys, I’m in team matching for Meta and have interest from a bunch of groups. I’m curious about the WLB on content ranking/rec sys teams (for reels, IG, threads, news feed, etc) Has anyone worked on these and can share experience? I’ve heard ads has pretty poor wlb but haven’t heard much about content. Thanks!
