Gave onsite for E5/E6 last week and in one of the interviews, problem statement was wrong but solved it with a hint by interviewer. Realized after the interview that problem statement was wrong mathematically. Should I share this in the interview feedback survey that we usually receive after onsite? Actually I’m worried about taking hints for that specific problem. Solved both problems with dry run in both rounds. Satisfactory system design and good behavioral round. Good to mention in your thank you note! Hi I had a great time discussing ABC. I thought that this suggested change would make it more mathematically accurate as XYZ causes “this” issue. I then would have followed 123 approach to solve the same. Would love to hear your thoughts. Thank you for your time.
Did you get any response from the recruiter? I am also waiting for response, but seems like its delayed, so just checking

I guess I would provide my honest feedback. At least they can look into it and make it clear for the next candidates. There is no harm in saying it for you. All the best for your result.
