Hi! L6 at amzn and i have verbal yes from both meta and uber. Looking for any feedback for culture about Uber L6. I have verbal offers from both. I will update the numbers when i have them. Yoe-12 Tc-475k Sharing verbal offer: Meta: 240/100/1000 -> 250/100/1200 Uber: 250/50/1400 -> in few days

Location? Meta equity can be 1.4M. Uber offer will comfortably beat your Meta E6 offer and I dont think Meta can match.

I’m very surprised Uber would offer L6 to an Amazon L6.
Being L6 for couple of years. Hate to repeat that i was on path but too many things out of my control has hindered the promo till now. Interview was for 5b and based on perf they upleveled to 6
@Amazon what do you think made the difference for uplevel?
