Next thing theyโll make the top bucket smaller and lower buckets bigger. Stack ranking is back in full swing
They already made the top buckets smaller last year
Mark acting like meta down turn is due to employees' performances. What an A**hole. Employee performance has been great. Most people I know at Meta are brilliant. He fucked up the company's growth with the whole meta verse shit, now employees has to pay the price. Two performance reviews a year, who has the time for that.
It had always been twice a year before last year. Nothing surprising. Actually this results from a survey where most people voted for twice a year
But i bet they didn't vote to be evaluated in 3 months when they planned for 9 more. Changing the rules of the game during the game is a bit wtf.
Anybody knows the hierarchy of Metaโs performance review? 1. Met all expectations 2. Met most expectations etc??
Redefines Expectations Greatly Exceeds Exceeds expectations Meets All (default) Meets Most Meets Some Mark
Is it about our company? Oh no it is about Meta.
So old performance review process comes back?
Why is this even a big deal? Next article will be about Mark farting in a toilet when he went to the bathroom
We have defined expectations at each level.
