#cybersecurity #security #interview I have a security engineer interview with meta soon. First interview is for an hour. Can anyone with experience interviewing with meta let me know how to prepare for it. Is it going to be coding - sql, python test? Is there going to be behavioral question or technical security related questions? Tc: 90k
If you have just one it’s a screen that covers a mix of topics. Ask your recruiter what is covered as it’s not a secret.
I have one upcoming too and have the same doubt man. What do they expect technical security themed coding or leetcode?
Same question! Didn’t find an answer anywhere. Please let me know if you do!
It depends on the interview, but it was leetcode for me
Recruiters usually send a long email with what to prepare and how the interview looks like
varies greatly depending on the specific security engineering role you're applying for / the team the first screen will usually have a coding question and a technical security component depending on the role. the difficulty of the coding question will also depend on the role but security engineers at meta are expected to know how to code
What kind of coding questions should I expect? I have screening interview for detection engineer position at META. They send me all the DSA questions to prepare. Should I expect DSA for Securirty engineer screening?
How's your interview? which team btw?
