Have only talked to two teams three weeks after passing virtual onsite. Among these two teams, the infra one is pure backend development and the oversight board one is full stack. The infra‘s hiring manage specifically mentioned that they are looking for candidates with distributed development experience. Network background is only nice to have. The oversight board one is a full stack position and the backend is using their open-sources internal language called Hack. In terms of WLB, which one might be better?

How long it took for you to hear back after on-site? Did you get any verbal offer?
I got verbal offer after 3-4 business days. Yes, recruiter only gave virtual offer. Formal one will only after team match.
Do they give compensation numbers then? Also did they communicate anything in between those 3-4 days (like the packet is with hiring committee).
