I got my virtual onsite with Meta and the recruiter told me from the feedback the coding part is fine. But the committee wasn’t get enough information from my design round and behavior round to determine my level or offer, I forgot what exactly the recruiter said. And the recruiter ask me to provide 4 references, so they will collect more information of what project I was working on and what’s the design skills and performance, and how it looks like when I work with different teams. I provided 5 references and this week the recruiter just got all of their feedbacks. And the recruiter is ready to submit to committee the 2nd and final time. Waiting for the result … Will I get the offer ? #meta #facebook

Usually you won’t use the references from current company. But I have most of references that left my current company not long ago, which is free for me get them as references. And there’s one work in Meta currently.
