Just did an NG onsite recently and I would like to gather some opinions about the interview cause I'm pretty nervous of the outcome. Phone: 2 Tagged Meds, solved both optimally Onsite: 1st Round: 1 Medium (Not tagged) Described approach and time complexity, interviewer is happy with the approach and asked me to code the solution. Completed question, asked follow up, suggested an approach but interviewer said he understands and we can move on to the second question. 1 Medium (Tagged) Solved optimally in 10 minutes. Interviewer asked follow up, came up with optimal approach but ran out of time implementing it. 2nd Round: 1 Medium (Tagged) Suggested Quick Select and Heap approaches, interviewer requested to code out the Heap solution. Interviewer gave some suggestions to clean up redundant code. 1 Medium (Not tagged) Coded up optimal solution. Ran through solution with interviewer, interviewer seems satisfied. Followed up with implement solution in DFS (which is unintuitive for this question), ran out of time when coming up with the follow up (didn't manage to get a verbal solution), interviewer said I'm very close to the correct solution. Behavioural: Pretty good, vibed with interviewer. #tech #facebook #meta #london #newgrad #onsite
I think it should be a hire You reached more or less optimal solutions in all plus if there is good communication.... Pretty interested in knowing the non tagged questions Mind if I DM? I have my phone screen next week
op here, can you dm this account?
