Metrics for interviews

I recent gave Facebook onsite for TPM (Technical Program Manager). Although I wasn’t able to clear it, I saw that lot of interviews focused on metrics. Now I have another interview at Google. Can someone please advise what are the most commonly used metrics in these companies for this role.
