YOE: 11 Location: Boise Offer: E5/TD, 160k (base pay), 12% bonus, 40k RSU (4year) HR mentioned that the base pay is the max that they can offer. Still thinking to negotiate to 80k RSU, anyone from Micron can let me know how this pay is?
The base pay looks good for Boise E5 TD. E4 base is usually 120-130k range. Stocks can definitely be higher around 80-100k. They’re probably compensating for risk of lower future stock price with higher base. Also, they might be able to add sign-on

12% bonus is low for E5. Standard is 15% for E5
If you don’t mind sweating it out standing inside cleanroom while DRAM price collapse, it’s all good
