Mine was following Base salary +12% Bonus +12% Stocks 5000USD [my range is 0 to 10k] TC 28Lakh india Yoe 4 Opinions: what bullshht is this considering satya's email on merit budget increase and all that long corporate vomit. $5k RSUs to vest in an year? That in itself is ~14% of your CTC. And you got 12% on base and bonus. Not bad from my PoV. But maybe my expectations have become more rationalised (getting old)

Does Subsidiaries count ? Me at GitHub here is the breakdown in US - 5% increase to base 10% bonus (of base) which is 100% of target. 18k stock grant.

Really bad numbers considering Satya mail. My friend got the numbers today. For L62 he got 11.5% merit, 10% bonus and 12.5k/5year in stock grant. It's really bad numbers considering the expectations
Overall TC around 80L with 10 yoe.
I had my reward conversation with my manager yesterday. 7.1% merit % increase. 8.7% bonus %, 14k stocks. That I was upset yesterday is stating it lightly, especially putting into perspective high impact projects I worked on through the year and how we delivered. My morale at the moment is at complete shit!! I'm trying to make sense of that Nadella's email if anything, cause most of our bonuses this yr seems lower & worse to me than even last yr before 'their promise'.. Sighhh!!

What you new guys don't understand, is 50% of the potential rewards, means you're performing at 100%, so you're in the 30% of the company that got more than the MIDPOINT. relax, you got good rewards.

Are you telling in 2021 rewards people were getting 5-6% for 100% performance number. If so then it's ok. Otherwise what is the meaning of Satya mail.
I joined Microsoft as L59 this month in Azure Core. Can anybody share the promotion to L60 and general rewards numbers? Also, any suggestions on how to reach L60 promotion?
I have seen freshers promoted to L60 within 8 months.. means they come from college in June or July and by Feb they get the promotion.
